For Aimage, we designed a web interface from scratch that serves as a portal for creating and customizing a bot, with a focus on UX/UI.
The goal was to build an intuitive, smooth, and engaging platform that allows users — even those with limited technical knowledge — to configure their AI agent according to their needs, choosing features, style, and channels (WhatsApp, website, social media, etc.).
We carefully crafted every detail, from information architecture and user flows to wireframes and visual design. Each screen was designed to guide the user effortlessly through the bot setup process, making it clear what to do, when, and why.
The result is a portal that is not only visually appealing but also highly usable: user-friendly in its experience, consistent in its aesthetics, and optimized to reduce friction while boosting user satisfaction.
